UX vs UI

What is UX and UI in technology world, one may wonder. Especially, if you don't know much about internet or web development background. I am going to simplify on these topics to understand better. UX and UI are used interchangeably and frequently without any distinction. However, when simplifying UI can be explained as a beauty of the beautiful rose flower. Whereas UX consider as a color, design and how it was developed or built to look beautiful. Another example is UX focuses on the user and their experiences through the products and the UI tends to be the screens, navigation system while browsing the webpage, the visual looks, style of the webpage and the structure.

Refining the backlog

Backlog refining meeting or backlog grooming meeting is to identify object by utilizing INVEST method on the PBI, that are independent, negotiable, valuable, estimable, small, and testable. Backlog refinement meeting also known as product backlog grooming, backlog estimation and story time, team should set a time for every single sprint, 2 weeks sprint 2hr for product refinement meeting. This meeting helps the product owner to get top of the product and get ready for the next sprint meeting.

Estimation of effort, Clarification of requirements and decomposition of large PBI’s into smaller ones, example Epics to user stories and debugging the bugs.
