Product owner vs. product manager

Main difference between the product owner and product manager is the mindset between them, example product owner basically focuses on the internal issues require implementation inside of the company and the development process, whereas the product manager has an external focus a product manager mostly talk about a long-term strategy and markets and customer needs. Both the products manager and the products owner towards a common goal to build and improve products that create meaningful value for customers and all stakeholders within the company.

The product manager discovers what users need, prioritizes what to build next, and rallies the team around a product roadmap.

The product owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the product by creating and managing the product backlog.
