Agile is a mindset management process for software development and scrum is a work frame that use iterative process for the agile approach. Another words, agile is a flexible and efficiency approach for software development and scrum approach breaks down to a smaller part as such sprints with time frames on it. Agile and Scrum methodologies work simultaneously to from smooth and seamless process to deliver the value in the shortest amount of time.

Another Example would be the picture with the beautiful frame hanging on the wall. The picture can be changed or replace with another picture but without the frame the picture doesn’t’ provide the beauty or attraction. Therefore, both picture and frame are important to deliver the valuable outcome to generate capricious attracting or noticeable attention.
